Amber works primarily with paint and often with discarded and reclaimed materials to create textural paintings extracting and interpreting elements of nature, moods and atmospheres.
Magdalena works with sculpture and photography, trying to find a link between these two mediums. She creates delicate organic sculptural forms, influenced and shaped by hard and cold metal parts and her photographic images capture abstract qualities of an unspecified subject matter putting the viewer in a situation of facing the unknown.
Both artists share the common desire to create a space within and around their work to allow the viewer the room to enter into their work and to open up a dialogue between the works and the viewer.
